The food was a lovely surprise, with Greek dishes every day rather than the usual buffet fare. I went out for lunch each day too, and there were plenty of places within walking distance. I needed gluten-free food, and the chef walked me through the buffet each evening, explaining what I could eat. When something I needed was missing, like fries, they made it for me at no extra charge. We stayed for eight days in August on half board as a couple, and felt very welcome. The staff were so kind that we really bonded with them. The pools always had enough room, and the beach was also spacious. The beach attendant kept everything clean every couple of hours and offered drinks without being pushy. On arrival, we got a personal tour of our room, and someone carried our suitcases upstairs. We’d mentioned it was our anniversary, so the room was decorated especially nicely. It was an amazing holiday, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We had half board and ended up eating a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant almost every day. The restaurant team were lovely and looked after us so well. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of variety. The staff made a great first impression, with friendly, prompt service from the start. They were pleasant and quick to help whenever something came up. The shared areas felt stylish, comfortable, and calm, and our room was clean and cozy. Towels were changed daily. The pool area was peaceful too, though the water was a little chilly.

A special thanks to Aris on the beach, who was an absolute delight and always looked after us, and Marilena at Reception, who was so helpful. Ervis is a real asset to the team too. The whole hotel, including our room, was spotless throughout, thanks to a wonderful crew of workers. We loved our holiday and will definitely be back. Thank you all!

The beach is just across the promenade, with shops and restaurants right nearby, and the bus to Fira is a five-minute walk away. Our room was spotless, and the hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely ten-night stay in a clean, welcoming hotel with genuinely friendly staff. Our room had everything we needed, was well maintained, and got cleaned every day. There’s a nice pool area with loungers, plus the hotel’s own loungers on the beach directly opposite. The beach is okay, but the entry was slippery and felt a bit dangerous. That’s not the hotel’s fault, and a ten-minute walk took us to a better stretch. They also provided clean beach and shower towels daily, a bottle of water in the room, and the room cleaners were 10/10. Breakfast was convenient to have included, but the food was always lukewarm and the selection barely changed. The same background music played on repeat, making mornings feel monotonous. I also found it unprofessional that the breakfast staff mostly stood chatting, often near the buffet entrance. Great service, comfortable rooms, and a nice pool area were among the positives. We left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and would be happy to return. With some changes to breakfast, the hotel could provide a five-star stay.
