Sissy made all the arrangements feel easy, and the whole team was wonderful. Black Rose Suites was spotless, the breakfasts were delicious, and we had a fantastic time from beginning to end. It was a beautiful hotel in a stunning location, and when I picture a perfect holiday, this is where my mind goes.

My husband, daughter and I had a four-day stay at The Black Rose, and we loved it. The staff welcomed us like family and were terrific throughout. The pools were lovely and clean, and local restaurants and beaches were easy to get to. Each morning, a gourmet breakfast delivered to our patio felt truly first class. We'll definitely return.

Even with all seven suites occupied, we still had privacy during our eight unforgettable days. Space and appearance have clearly been planned with care, and the modern furnishings in the rooms, terraces, pool area and beach are elegant and high quality. Some suites have private pools, and there's also a remarkably spacious shared pool. Cris and Katja looked after us attentively without hovering. Sissy, the manager, was available with helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities, which made the stay feel personal. Comfort and exclusivity have been considered in every detail. In my view, it's a place made for a memorable stay.

Black Rose has become the only place we want to stay in Santorini. Sissy, the manager, took such great care of us, and nothing was ever a problem. The private beach, Christos's amazing cocktails, and the recently renovated interiors, with their spot-on aesthetics, made the place feel like it had everything. Early check-in and late check-out were no issue, and breakfast was great. There aren't enough compliments or buzzwords for how good our stay was. Thanks for everything, guys. We can't wait to return! Once you're inside this small, private resort, things slow down and the welcoming staff greet you. The bungalows are spacious and have more than you need, while their luxury is really in the simplicity and quiet. Private patios and pools are the finishing touch. There's a private beach with crystal-clear water, plus a large shared pool. Breakfast comes to your patio, and the pool bar has drinks all day. My dog was more than welcome. Nearby restaurants have ridiculously good food, and it's only a 10-minute drive up the hill to see the famous sunset. It isn't fancy, but the simple feel is pure luxury. Thanks to the staff for an unforgettable stay. See you next year xxx
