Sagma Beach Rooms

We had loads to eat at breakfast every day, it was a proper feast. The hosts were so welcoming and earned an A+ for hospitality. The location is perfect, beside the beach, bus stop, and other restaurants. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but we didn’t come for that. Have fun exploring.

Good breakfast for this price, with eggs, biscuits, jam, croissant, and bread. The bed was comfortable, with a relatively hard mattress that we liked. The room was clean and small, nothing to complain about otherwise. The beach, restaurants, shops, and bus stop are all very close. Our window faced a dirty parking area that was sometimes noisy at night. Wind also made quite a bit of noise because the doors didn’t fit properly.

The room made us so unhappy that we tried to keep busy outside and only came back to get ready and sleep. It’s a pity our holiday ended on such a sour note. Never again. The place looked completely different from its photos on booking.com and badly needs renovating. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very old and ugly, and it felt unwelcoming. The room attendant also handled reception and breakfast, and she cleaned our room very well, so credit to her. But management really needs to take action and refurbish the place. We were disappointed by breakfast too. We were told to choose from whatever was available that day and they’d bring it to us, so we couldn’t get up and take more of what we wanted. We only had that “breakfast” once and refused it on the remaining mornings. A total disappointment.

The price was very good, but breakfast was the same every day and I’d hoped for something tastier. It was cereal with a little milk, coffee or tea, an egg with cheese toast, another piece of toast with very sweet jam, and a few cookies. At first, they wanted to give us a room without a window, even though we’d reserved one with a sea view. Fortunately, they changed it.
