I spent time at the bar almost every day while staying in Petra. It’s right on the beach, there are usually seats available, and the service is awesome. Sometimes I felt a bit awkward reading and swimming while watching everyone work so hard to keep customers happy. I also want to commend the owners and staff for not making me feel uncomfortable because of my race. Some other businesses and shops, including a nearby ceramics shop, Greeks in general, and a considerable portion of their Dutch clientele did make me feel that way. Here, the discomfort was zero. The prices are very fair too. Viva Cavo Christo.

The water was rocky, but so beautiful we couldn’t get enough of swimming in it. The beach was lovely, with lots of large umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds. Everything was peaceful and quiet beneath the banana trees, and parking wasn’t a problem. The staff were kind. Only small downside was the €5 minimum spend. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Electra and Kostas are friendly, caring owners of this nice little hotel. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there’s a beach bar and snack bar belonging to the hotel just across the road by the beach. A good choice if you want somewhere relaxed. Hope to see you both in Bali in the near future. 🙏🤩

We had a great stay at the Cavo Christo Hotel in Midilli from July 8-11, 2025. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the vacation feel extra special. Thanks to everyone for looking after us, and especially for the wine they gave us when we left. It was an unforgettable experience. Hope to see you again soon.

The people were friendly, and the prices seemed fair. We tried a couple of things while using the sunbeds, and both were tasty. In July 2025, there was a minimum spend of 5 euros per person.
