This was our second early-season visit to Niki’s Seafront Studios, and Niki gave us a lovely welcome back. We got room 1 as requested, with a pleasant view across the gardens towards the sea. The studio is spotless, well equipped, and serviced daily except Mondays. Wi-Fi was decent both in the room and by the pool. The studios use the same pool, loungers, and pool bar as the stylish Suites, but cost a fraction as much. If simple, typically Greek accommodation suits you, I’d say go ahead and book. Room 7 is reached by a slope, so it works for anyone who needs to avoid steps. The pool now has level access to a toilet, which is a great improvement. Breakfast is generous and served until 10. Drinks, salads, burgers, and club sandwiches are fairly priced and tasty. They have Mythos and my preferred Mamos on tap, plus lovely ice cream. A lovely place to stay.

Everything was so clean, and you can walk to whatever you need in a few minutes. The setting right by the sea has beautiful views, plus there’s a gorgeous garden with chairs to sit and unwind. The pool and bar area are stunning, with great loungers and food and drink choices. The whole place feels calm, friendly, and lovely. Niki and the staff gave us such a wonderful time, and I can’t thank them enough. We’ll be back as soon as we can. Thank you Petra, you’re special!

We were very happy at Niki seafront apartments and I’d definitely come back to room 14. It’s a quiet complex on Petra seafront, only a short walk from the village. Our room was spacious, with a private balcony and access to a shared terrace; each got sun at different times of day. Staff were friendly, and we could also use the pool at Niki suites, a two-minute walk away. There’s a bar there for food and drinks if you want them.

The centre of Petra is just a short walk away, and the sea is right in front of the hotel. It’s so quiet and clean. The pool area is the best we’ve ever seen, all green and beautiful with olive trees, a pool bar, and the best sunbeds. Don’t miss breakfast, it’s delicious and such a treat. We absolutely love this place. The owners and staff are lovely, helpful, and welcoming, and make you feel at home straight away.

Nikis seafront studios is well placed near Petra’s sandy beach and the village shops. The rooms are spotless. Niki and her son Mario run the place together, and you can order breakfast to have in the lovely gardens. I’d have no hesitation recommending a stay.
