Mou aresi! I spent December 2025 in Room 501 for a month. It was comfortable and quiet, and worked well for business travel. The front desk service was fabulous. Big thanks to Kostas for handling problems on the night shift so professionally. The hotel is on the ferry port side, with the swanky part of Piraeus about 1km away on foot. I also liked having 24-hour food places and the metro nearby.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat within an easy walk. It’s a great spot if you’re taking a ferry, with both the port and train station close by. Highly recommend!

We ended up very satisfied, despite a worrying mix-up: another guest was mistakenly given access to our room. The newer staff, especially Dimitrius, handled it professionally. We were compensated for the trouble, moved to a different room, and given complimentary breakfasts at the hotel restaurant for the rest of our stay. A few days later, the Hotel Manager came by personally to apologize, which we appreciated. The location is handy for the metro, trains, buses, trams, and ferries, even if the immediate area isn’t especially attractive. The housekeeping team did a great job too. We never saw them, but our room was always spotless. Special thanks to Dimitrius and the Hotel Manager for the excellent service.

Right beside Piraeus port, and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom pipes did give off a bad smell. I was told the sauna would open at 9:00, but when I went, the receptionist said I had to give an hour’s notice. In the end, I had to skip it.
