Archondoula Studios

We had the top oceanside studio and really liked the view. Mister Stavros and George were welcoming and gave us excellent service. It was a bit pricey, though we knew that in advance, and the location and view made up for it. If you arrive by car, you’ll probably need to park about a 5-6 minute walk away, which is why I’m giving four stars. Everything else was perfect. The town’s restaurants are great and only a minute away.

Room 1 had an incredible sea view, and it was clean, attractive, and equipped with everything we needed. The whole place feels peaceful, yet the restaurants in Plaka are less than two minutes away. We had such a lovely stay.

The views are nice and the rooms are clean, but the two-star offering means no breakfast or shampoo. The windows also didn’t block the neighborhood noise, and there were renovations going on when I visited on 21 June 2020. There’s no POS either. For a transaction, you have to call someone who enters your details on a random website and asks for all your credit card information. At 100€/night, it’s still too expensive. Don’t expect to get your money’s worth.

We stayed in the rooftop apartment and loved it. The studio is lovely and breezy, right beside Plaka old town, with stunning views and an unbelievable sunset. Hard to ask for much more.
