The owners are kind and helpful, and I could happily spend time at the relaxing bar, watching the world go by. Just had another great stay at Livikon. The rooms are excellent and kept very clean. Highly recommend.

The adjoining restaurant served a great breakfast, and the balcony gave us a spectacular view of the sea. Our room was immaculate, and the staff were wonderful. We had a great experience and look forward to returning soon.

We spent three nights in late October 2023 in the second-floor studio, room number 6. The balcony had a lovely sea view, and the accommodation was comfortable. Georgia, the owner, was super nice. We enjoyed having an evening drink downstairs in her cafe//bar🍺. Thoroughly recommended if you’re lucky enough to get a room. Plakias is a lovely little place, perhaps best experienced in low season.

The sea-facing balcony was lovely at this small studio. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and worked hard. Thanks, Gloria. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The view is good, but the coffee was very bad and far too expensive. It felt like robbery with a smile. To be fair, I only know the bar/cafeteria, not the rooms.
