The road traffic was loud all night, and our room looked onto the building next door. For EUR 320 a night for a family with two kids, the room was beside the parking area and the road, and we were due to stay three nights. The welcome at reception was so poor that I cancelled. They offered an upgrade only after I argued that the situation was unacceptable, but wanted us to commit to all three nights before showing us the upgraded room. By then, the experience had already left such a bad impression that we didn't even consider staying in it. I don't recommend this place: the facilities are obsolete, and the service felt like they wanted to take our money first. They could have told us about the noise and the apartment when we booked, but why would they lose some money? :)

The design and location were excellent, and all the staff were super friendly. Lefteris stood out for how open he was, and he even spoke Polish with us. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you :)

The view and location were perfect, and we all found food we liked. The meals were fantastic, and it's a really family-friendly, clean hotel. Our room was cleaned almost every day, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd read some negative reviews before our holiday, but we didn't run into anything bad during our stay. Maybe the hotel was almost too perfect :). We stayed here last week and will surely be back!

There's just something about arriving here, with the white buildings set against the blue sky and ocean, the gardens, and the quiet. I hope to see you soon! I think seeing the same staff each year says a lot about the atmosphere. The people are the best, especially Sofia, always smiling and welcoming, with such a big heart. The owners are super friendly too. I've lost count of my visits, and to me this is the best hotel in the area. I've stayed in every room type. The private pool rooms are amazing, and the apartments are great as well. Everything is clean, and the shower is nice. The food is good, with plenty of choice for everyone. I also read a review saying the hotel wasn't good to animals, but I've never seen that myself. How could you know if it was hotel staff and not guests? I know the owners love cats. They have hotel cats and take good care of them.

The views were gorgeous, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My family stayed for a week, and our room with a private pool was clean and really comfortable. We enjoyed the all-inclusive meals, which I highly recommend! Nikos at the gift shop was a joy, too. A perfect spot for families 😊
