The evenings at TUI Magic Life Plimmiri were a highlight for us. The Wunderbar had a lovely feel, and one of the women there brought our drinks each night. Dinner came with a welcome cocktail, and the themed food nights were fun, especially Bavarian night. The food itself was great, and it was easy to find a sunbed at the pool whenever we went. On a rainy day I booked a spa massage with Alissa, one of the best massages I’ve had. My boyfriend asked reception where he could watch a football match, and they put it on in the amphitheatre just for him. We had a really great week, and from arrival the staff were warm and welcoming. I’ve stayed at quite a few all inclusive resorts, but haven’t had service like this. The resort is amazing and the staff seem to really care about their work. A few facilities are starting to look dated, especially the main pool, which could use some love, but it didn’t affect our holiday. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay made me want to.

We especially enjoyed the family disco at 8 pm each night, with the little ones dancing, and the entertainment staff were so good. There were thoughtful activities for everyone, all bookable through the app, including Pilates, yoga, spin class and archery. We’d also recommend the hotel-organised day trip to the island of Simi by TUI. It was an extremely enjoyable stay for us with a young baby. The room was spacious, the food was great, and all the staff were smiley and clearly cared about making sure we had a good time.

We came as a family with children aged 7, 12, and 3 months, and the resort was great for families. The kids loved the evening dance shows, and there was a daily schedule of activities for both children and adults. Several pools and a fun water park kept kids and grown-ups entertained. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious, and there were lots of nice people around. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. Everything was really fantastic.

Our child really enjoyed the stay, and the weather at the end of September was wonderful. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Stelios, who greeted us on arrival and showed us around. We had an apartment with everything we needed, near the beach and with a private pool. There was lots of entertainment, a fantastic water park and a huge choice of delicious food. I’m very satisfied with our stay. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars.

We saw plenty of things to do around the resort, though I’d recommend renting a car for trips out. The rooms were good, and everything was really clean. The cleaning and maintenance staff do incredible work. The TVs could use an update, and the Wi-Fi could be stronger. The main restaurant food was good, with the best vegan and vegetarian options we’ve seen at this kind of resort. Still, we’d have liked more variety. They could start experimenting with seitan for vegan meats. If you’re veggie or vegan, I wouldn’t recommend the a la carte restaurant taverna. Our starters clearly had cheese in them, and the main was just a big bowl of tomato sauce and beans. A disaster. We stayed 8 days, and this is one of the better resorts we’ve visited. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and didn’t need a tip to smile. Absolutely great staff, and overall this place is highly recommendable.
