Astir Rooms

The beach is right there, and restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets are all an easy walk away. The place was clean, the service was friendly, and they were accommodating. Loved it, and I’ll definitely come back to this beautiful spot. Perfect 👌🏾

We stayed in June 2019 and everything was just right. Our front balcony was only a few yards from the sea, and the beds were really comfortable. There was air conditioning and a fridge, plus a tasty breakfast. Anything else we needed was close by on foot. The owner, his wife, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. A very relaxing stay.

The location is good and the place is clean, which is why I gave it two stars. The rooms are very small. The owners were difficult to deal with and seemed to do whatever they wanted. They came into rooms, yelled at guests, and acted as if everything was forbidden. I even saw them arguing with some kids and spraying water at them.

The cleaning team deserves credit: the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. But the accommodation itself was horrible. The furniture was old, the room tiny, and the bathroom so small it was almost invisible. The walls were thin enough that I could hear everything from the neighbors, and I couldn't sleep for all seven nights. The host was arrogant and made me pay before I had seen the room. I understood why only after I checked it.
