Alleys All-Suite Hotel & Spa

The view was stunning, and our room and its amenities were spotless and just right. Breakfast was free-flowing and à la carte, with food and drinks that were a full 100. The service was spot on from before we arrived until after we left. Staff suggested places to eat and visit beyond the usual tourist spots, and you could see their passion for the island. They also helped us with an ATV rental and found us discounted cruises. We tried the spa too, it was private, gorgeous and so relaxing. This is my favorite hotel in all of Europe. I can’t recommend it enough.

The staff made our stay at Alleys All-Suite Hotel feel extra special. Stefanos at the restaurant gave us warm service and great recommendations, while Nafsika at reception was always smiling, kind and helpful. Our suite was beautiful, and the private in-room jacuzzi made it especially relaxing. The location in Pyrgos is peaceful and charming, a lovely base for exploring Santorini away from the crowds. I highly recommend Alleys and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time here, and it was hard to leave. The hotel kept the passing street crowds from being noticeable, and the girls at the desk were always ready to answer questions. They even drew us a map that helped with a few details around the island. Breakfast and lunch were creative and tasty. By the pool there was gentle lounge music, and the bartender Stefano had a great sense of humor.

The staff are the reason I have such lovely things to say about this hotel. Nikoleta and Jessica at the front desk were welcoming and friendly from the start, always smiling and ready with advice on where to go and what to do. The restaurant staff were also polite and made us feel at home every morning. We stayed in the Sonaki residence, and everything there was perfect, including the heated pool. They took care of every detail, even leaving a bottle of cold wine for our arrival. I’m looking forward to coming back next year!
