The best part was Theodosia's warm, helpful welcome. The villa was spotless and tastefully furnished, and the poolside lounges were comfortable. Zatrikion is in a peaceful spot with great sea and sunset views, away from the nearby towns' bustle, but they're all easy to reach by car. I'd absolutely recommend it if you're deciding where to stay in Santorini.

The views at Zatrikion Santorini Villas are breathtaking, and the property blends comfort and elegance into a really special, relaxing stay on the island. Our hostess Theodosia deserves a special mention for being kind, attentive, and professionally discreet. She was always there with a warm smile, and made us feel cared for and welcome from the start. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Zatrikion Villas to anyone looking for a high-quality, authentic stay in Santorini. 🏝️

I had a booking at this villa, but they cancelled it without giving a reason two weeks before I was due to stay. When I asked about it, they gave what seemed to me like fraudulent explanations about non-payment. It was clear to me they simply didn't want to honor the booking. The customer service was zero. The tone of the messages says it all. I've never seen service this pathetic or unprofessional in my life. If you want to take a chance with this place and your travel plans, go ahead and book it. We had a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath villa for 4 nights in Sept, with the best beds and incredible views. No need to go anywhere else to catch the sunset. It's family owned and run, and these were the nicest hosts we've ever had.

The place is wonderful, with an excellent view, and well equipped for a longer stay. Watching the sunset from the private hot tub is a must. The host is great and helpful. 100% recommend!
