Elli Studios

The balcony overlooking the street had a fantastic view, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with a fridge. The hotel has a calm, welcoming feel, a bit like a cozy grandma's home. It's in a central, tourist-friendly area, with public parking and a taxi stand just a few minutes away on foot. One thing bothered us: even with the air conditioning off at night, the outdoor units from other rooms made some noise. Still, it's a charming place to relax after sightseeing.

We came back to Elli Studios in 2023, after first staying there in 2019, and not much had changed in those four years. The rooms weren't newly furnished on our first visit, but everything worked, and the location is still great, right on the main street and a five-minute walk from the coast. Having a balcony was a plus. The sweet older woman who runs the hotel has aged, like all of us, and communication is still really difficult if you don't speak Greek. Her son, probably, is only a phone call away, but that doesn't always solve things. I don't know when we'll be back in Pythagorion, Samos. Elli Studios probably won't be our choice next time, though who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

Mrs Ntina was so kind and friendly, and helped with everything we needed. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a shower. It's a traditional-style apartment hotel, clean and right on Pythagorio town's main shopping road. The port is a five-minute walk away, the airport is ten minutes by car, and Samos city is a 15-minute bus ride.

The ladies were very friendly, though communicating was a little tricky and the online translator helped. It's centrally located and clean, but the bathroom is showing its age. The price for what you get is okay.
