The receptionist was lovely and very friendly, and the location is excellent. Since the hotel is in town, though, you'll have to park several hundred meters away. There's a nice rooftop, plus a self-service fridge where items are paid for. We stayed one night in September. The room was good, but the bathroom's finish was poor and the layout wasn't very efficient. Recommended for a few nights if you can get a good deal.

The rooftop was cozy, and the café on site served delicious drinks. The owner was so kind and helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We had some really enjoyable chats with them too. Our room was charming, spotless and great value. I'd absolutely stay again!

Kostas and Alena were wonderful hosts, very organized and incredibly helpful, and their staff were friendly and attentive. The building is stunning, especially the rooftop, which has amazing views. The location is unbeatable. Breakfast was generous, delicious and healthy, and they can make your favorite coffee on request. Our room was cozy and stylish. Parking costs 20 Euros a day, and you can come and go as you like. It's a short and pleasant walk from the lot to the hotel. We can't wait to come back and explore this amazing town again!

Alyona and Kostas were always around with useful advice and detailed knowledge of Crete, and their hospitality was five-star. Maria deserves a mention too. She helps run the cafe and keep the hotel spotless. The hotel is unique and wonderful, right in the old town on a fairly quiet street. It made a great base for exploring nearby beaches and mountains, and for enjoying the lovely old town in the evenings. We had a fabulous stay!

This is a lovely little place in the beautiful old town, with a rooftop where breakfast is served and great views over the old town and the fort. Breakfast starts at 9:00, which will be too late for some, so I'd suggest eating elsewhere. It's a four-bedroom boutique hotel in a refurbished old building. The rooms are high up and nicely decorated, though a little small. The toilets and showers are very small too. You can't drive right to the hotel in this old town district. You'll need to park about 200m away and walk.
