Sunset Paradise

Breakfast was okay, but dinner was disappointing, with few choices, much the same food day after day, and almost no fish. The hotel is a bit dated, at least in the section where our room was. The staff could also be friendlier, especially in the restaurant.

The animation team was fantastic, and it was great having someone keep the kids busy while the parents relaxed. I really enjoyed the daily yoga and aqua aerobics too. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and clearly renovated, and the food was excellent, with delicious seafood served once a week. The shuttle to the beach was handy. Big thanks to the cleaning ladies for keeping everything spotless. The bar had a great atmosphere, the waiters were wonderful, and all the staff were helpful and ready to assist.

We spent the evenings enjoying the hotel's Greek nights, with traditional dancing, music, and a cheerful atmosphere. Staff also helped us arrange island excursions at reception and choose what suited us. The transport to the beach was convenient and well organized, and I loved the daily yoga sessions. The facilities were excellent, and our room was clean and well maintained. I came from the Republic of Moldova, and the trip was well worth it. Everyone was welcoming; the waiters were kind and attentive, and really handsome too 😊. A Shein store is only a few kilometers away, and in the city of Heraklion is the ideal place for shopping, with brands like Zara, Bershka, Sephora, and many mo I will definitely come back! The friendly atmosphere and quality service made for a relaxing holiday, and I'd happily return. I recommend it to anyone looking for a complete holiday experience.

The all-inclusive food and drinks were poor for a four-star hotel. I'd choose bed and breakfast or room only if you stay here. The pool was good, with beds and other seats and enough space for everyone. My son and I were here four nights. Our basic room was clean, with good air conditioning and a balcony offering an interrupted sea view, which was fine.
