We needed parking and somewhere near Rhodes old town for two nights of exploring before heading home, after a nightmare trying to babysit a hire car. That’s another story. I booked this place at the last minute. It’s in a residential area, a bit off the beaten track, and not ideal if you don’t like walking, though there’s plenty of free parking nearby. The owner was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The apartment was the only option available, and while it looked okay in the photos, it was on the third floor with no lift. The stairs were manageable for us, so it wasn’t a big problem. Inside, it was well furnished and looked fairly recently decorated. The kitchen area was adequate and well equipped, and the bathroom was really nice, with the bonus of a washer. The air-conditioning was very loud on the first night, but after I adjusted it, I got it quiet enough to sleep. The rooftop could be much better with some screening, since the surrounding inward-facing flats overlook it. I only sat out there in the evening, when it felt more private. The downstairs area looked lovely in the pictures, but in person it was a bit unkempt and overgrown. We couldn’t tell if it was meant for eating or was being used for storage by the owners. In general, the hotel could do with an update. It feels a bit stuck in a time warp.

I finally got around to writing this, even though our visit was a couple of years ago. The owner was kind and really helpful, and we were looked after so well. The service stuck with me.

Antonis was always around with useful local advice and maps, and he made it easy to get help whenever we needed it. The hotel is close to the centre, and parking was always available. Our sea and city view room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, and a bathroom that was kept clean along with the rest of the room. A lovely family hotel, especially handy if you're hiring a car. I definitely recommend it.

The owner and his mother were so nice, and he was always available whenever we needed help. The room had a small kitchen, hair dryer, towels, soap and shower gel, and was comfortable. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the city centre, but that was fine for us. For this price, I don't think you'll find a better place. Booking directly is cheaper than reserving through Booking, so that's the better way to book. Keep up the good work!
