This charming aparthotel is situated beside the longest volcanic beach of Santorini, Kaimari. It is a few kilometers distance from Fira, which is the capital of the island and only 3 kilometers to reach the airport. The apartments are located around a small garden, just over the clear deep-blue Aegean Sea. It is very close to the pedestrian area with its many restaurants and shops. John at reception showed us around and pointed out the beach lounges that hotel guests could use for free. We spent a fantastic three nights here, with the beach, bars, and restaurants just steps away. Our room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Kamari Beach itself has lots of good places to eat and drink, and the whole area felt safe and well kept.

The place is badly worn and very old. The air conditioner barely works, the beds creak, and the cleaning was poor. There was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. Terrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I didn’t stay in the apartments, but this is my favourite bar. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they bring drinks right to your sunbed on the beach. Lunch was tasty and nicely presented, and the prices were reasonable too. Definitely worth visiting once or twice 😊

The staff were super friendly, and the location was great. I was very satisfied with our stay, especially since the nights were so good. The shower was small and had no curtain, so water got everywhere, and breakfast really wasn’t worth the price.
