The setting and atmosphere made this a stay we won’t forget, and we can’t wait to return. Our room and the infinity pool both looked out over endless blue sea and dramatic caldera cliffs, with the Santorini sunset right in front of us. The peaceful pool area was lovely for a drink while watching the water and sky meet. The hotel’s design felt elegant and serene, with modern touches and thoughtful details that kept it comfortable as well as luxurious. Each morning, breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented, and the terrace gave us one of the best hotel views we’ve had. Staff were warm, attentive, and glad to help with recommendations and reservations from the moment we arrived.

There are lots of stairs to climb, but it’s well worth it. I travel often and stay in very nice hotels, and the service from the employees here is above 5 star. Easily the best place to stay in Santorini, hands down. Put it on your bucket list.

I could hear the same conversation happening among the guests, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Everything felt fantastic, from the view, location, service, and breakfast to the whole quiet luxury experience. Lia handled the reservation, Costas picked us up at the airport, and Matina and Haris welcomed us at reception. George served drinks by the pool. Everyone and everything was perfect.

We decided at the last minute to bring our 6-year-old, and Grace Hotel doesn’t accommodate small children. Even so, we had a very good experience. The staff were lovely, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful, even finding us another hotel that allowed children. We really appreciated their support and warm hospitality, and hope to stay at Grace Hotel another time.

It’s a beautiful place to stay, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. George, Harris, Mathena at the front desk, and Evie at the restaurant all helped us. Harris also arranged a wonderful private boat trip around the island. The kitchen, though, doesn’t deserve a Michelin star. The food wasn’t very inventive, the Fava spread was as tasteless as sand, and the red snapper was overcooked. All in all, still a lovely place.
