Loula Apartments

The pool is only open from 10am to 6pm, and the manager watches your family the whole time to make sure the kids don't jump in or bring toys into the water. One evening, while my family and two other families were still swimming, he started putting cleaning agents into the pool and shouted something at us in Greek. It was 5:45pm. We were also woken most mornings from 7am by the Greek family who live here shouting and fighting, and this morning there was fence repair work at 7:20am. This place was terrible. I'd honestly avoid it, as there are much better places in Corfu for the same price.

Loula couldn't do enough for us during our stay, and the customer service was five star. We were first given a small studio, but after two days we were offered a free move to a two-bedroom apartment. It had three balconies, looked over the pool and had a mountain view. Some apartments could use a little TLC.

The rooms, grass and pool were clean, and the property was clearly well cared for. Loula and her family have made it a friendly, hospitable place, with spacious accommodation suited to most people. It's in the suburbs, a good fit if you're after somewhere quiet with nature and animals around. Supermarkets and food shops are close by.

Just spent two weeks here and the place badly needs a proper clean and general attention. I tried to find somewhere else to stay, but everything was booked. It was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. 🤬
