Alios Gaia feels like home, which is the best recommendation I can give. We've stayed three times already and hope to return. The owners are wonderful and there whenever you need something. It's near the beach and walkside, yet tucked into a quiet area. Ten out of ten!

The owner runs this spotless place. There are eight units. The four at the front have an upstairs bedroom and balcony, plus a downstairs area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping sofa or trundle bed. It's a couple of blocks from the sea, with plenty of good places to eat nearby.

We've been returning to Alios Gaia for three years and plan to come back next year. It's close to everything, two minutes from the sea and three from the main street's restaurants, and the internet is fast. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy, and Katerina, Christos, and Maria are cheerful, kind and helpful.

I've been coming here for years, and every stay at Alios Gaia feels like coming home. The owners are friendly, professional and always ready to help. The rooms are extremely clean and designer furnished, which makes the stay feel like a dream you don't want to end. It's a two- to three-minute walk to the beach and center, and there's enough room for cars. For me, the best place in Nikiti!
