Fig Suites

Two days before our holiday, we found out the reservation we’d made and put a deposit on in March for 20.07 was gone. I messaged on 17.07 to ask when we could check in, and the host said he’d made a mistake and rented the accommodation to someone else. He’d even forgotten we were coming. That was completely unprofessional, especially so close to the trip. We asked for 300 euros compensation, compared with the 200 euro deposit, to help cover the place we had to find at the last minute. We’d booked in March, and there were four small children coming with us. If I hadn’t messaged and we’d simply arrived on the 20th expecting our reservation, the damage could have been much worse. The alternative accommodation you found was nowhere near comparable to yours, had a 4 rating on Booking, and was disappointing.

Anna was very easy to communicate with, and we hope to come back soon. Fig suites had everything we needed and were very clean, with a lovely outdoor area and a view of the sea. A great spot for a relaxing vacation close to the water. Thanks for everything :)

The owner was very friendly, thanks! The room was spacious and had all the equipment we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Sykia beach, with some lovely places to visit 20-30 minutes away by car.

Anna was really polite and gave us all the information we needed. The sea is a five-minute walk away, and in less than fifteen minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches on this side of Halkidiki. It’s a quiet place to unwind, and the rooms are big and much more comfortable than others nearby.
