We ended up cancelling because the place didn't seem ready to host guests professionally. Google Maps sent us to the wrong location, and we drove for an hour to Neos Marmaras following the GPS. They had told us to call when we got close, in Nikiti, so they could direct us to the exact spot. Once we realized there was no hotel at the map pin, we tried calling around 20 times, but nobody answered. When we finally found the place, we got a lot of excuses. I'd stay away.

The place is clean and nice, and the owners are friendly. It's near both the beach and Nikiti's main street, though it can get a little noisy over the weekend.

Dina and Katerina were lovely, always around with useful advice and recommendations. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and it's an easy walk to both the sea and the main street. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
