Platania House

We found it peaceful, with a lovely yard and a shaded parking spot. It’s about two minutes by car from the center, and a good base for visiting Sithonia’s beautiful beaches. Everything was as agreed, and then some. The rooms were tidy and very clean, and the host was kind and always ready to help. A really nice choice for a quiet family holiday.

We stayed in the second half of September, and it was a lovely, quiet place. There’s a large drawing showing the nearby beaches, and parking is plentiful, mostly under cover from the sun. All the apartments have a sea view. There are 10 units in total, including one for the owner. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a big terrace with an umbrella. The shower is small but works fine. They clean daily and change the sheets and towels often. They even wash any dishes guests leave behind. Communication with the host was well organized. A few useful things could be added, like a cutting board, a hose to get the extractor fan working, and brochures for beaches and restaurants. I’d recommend staying here.

We came back for a second stay, and it was just as good. The place looked like the photos and was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Alex was friendly and helpful the whole time. Highly recommended!

The hosts made us feel so welcome, and we’re grateful for their kindness and wonderful hospitality. The house has lovely surroundings, a beautiful garden, and even a small playground for kids out front. Platania Beach is just across the street, and the view is amazing. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
