The grounds look lovely from outside, and the rooms are clean, though dated. They supply soap and shower gel, clean daily, and changed our sheets once during our 10-day stay. Towels were limited to one for hair and one for the body, with none extra for hands or face. Food was mixed: plenty of frozen deep-fried choices, though there were some good dishes now and then. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned all season. Most staff were polite, but the cleaner got annoyed when I asked her to clean the balcony one day. They charge for the safe, ask you to leave the only key at reception, and aren't responsible for missing belongings. The beach is a five-minute walk away, but it's narrow and dirty, with lots of rocks where you enter the water.

The meals were a real highlight at Bellagio. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had plenty of options, and the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh local ingredients. You could tell the owner and kitchen team put a lot into it. We also felt very well looked after. The staff were friendly and attentive, handling requests with a smile, and the owner and team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail seemed taken care of, and our stay turned out to be more than we expected. Bellagio Hotel was a memorable, luxurious stay in Greece. Thanks to the owner and everyone there for making our trip so special. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for good food, service, and hospitality.

The quiet Cassandra beach area was lovely, and the hotel has a nice Italian-style yard beside the forest. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, with parking available. The pools for adults and children were great, and the grounds felt safe. We had a good rest here. The full board was delicious, and drinks were available in the restaurant and by the pool, although some beverages had run out. Breakfast was the same each day. Rooms are basic but fine for a summer stay, and they were cleaned daily. Staff were not all able to speak English. There is a midnight curfew, though it could sometimes get noisy anyway, and the stairs made it awkward to get to the restaurant with a stroller.

Look closely at the picture and there's a small worm-like thing. It really is a worm. The fruit and vegetables don't seem to be washed properly, and the ingredients aren't handled with enough care. Flies were crawling all over the food. Given what flies can do to contaminate it, this place could put you at risk of parasites. Please handle the ingredients better.
