Breakfast and dinner were included, and both were fresh, tasty, and varied. You could tell they were prepared with care. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Our room was cozy and clean, with daily housekeeping, so it was lovely to come back from the sea to everything fresh and tidy. The internet was often very slow, and at times unusable. Also, condensation from the air conditioner had made the front door swell a bit. Even with those issues, the warm atmosphere, food, and attentive service made for great memories. We'd be happy to come back.

We stayed in the first part of June, when it wasn't busy. It may get busier after June 20th. The hotel suited a relaxing break, with modern, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The concierge was especially helpful, and they helped us sort out a few things. Families have lots of options: a private pool for a more intimate stay, standard rooms too, spacious public pools, an aqua park, and a large pool for small kids with slides. Kids could stay in those pools all day. There's also a private beach with sunbeds. Breakfast was good, with lots of variety. We'd recommend it to families with kids, or anyone looking for a mix of luxury and adventure.

The poolside was a dream, with comfy beds and picturesque scenery, and the food had plenty of good options. Our spacious room was clean, with fresh bedding and towels every day. The staff were fantastic and nothing seemed too much trouble. My family and I loved our stay. It was our first time in Thassos, but it definitely won't be the last. We'll be back at this hotel, it felt like paradise.

The beach in front of Blue Dream Palace was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The view was stunning, and the pool was lovely, though there is a charge for the poolside lounge chairs that isn't clearly explained. The hotel itself is beautiful, with one renovated wing and another that still needs work. The food was acceptable, though not amazing. I stayed here both as a tourist and as the organizer of our wedding. For the event, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Everything seemed fine at first, but the actual experience was disappointing. Management didn't seem to understand how important the occasion was or put in the effort to make things run smoothly. On the wedding day, the owners showed a lack of integrity and deliberately created many obstacles, which seriously affected how the wedding turned out. I do want to recognize the front desk staff, especially Sofia and the manager, Thomi. They were kind and genuinely tried to make our stay more pleasant. The issues were the responsibility of the owners, specifically the man in charge of the restaurant and the blonde lady at reception, who are both part of the ownership and management team. The staff weren't to blame, which is very sad.
