Romantza

We stayed at Romantza about a week ago. The location was amazing, just a five-minute walk from the center. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay on the island. What touched me most was how willing the owners were to help, always smiling. They drove us to and from the port so we wouldn't have to struggle with all our luggage. There was cold juice, water, and our first coffees waiting for us when we arrived, too. It was real hospitality, from another era, the way it should be everywhere. Thank you so much for everything. Of course, when we come back to Patmos, we'd stay only with you! Katerina and Mario

The place feels peaceful and welcoming, with a real family atmosphere. Ms. Kalliopi and Mr. Nikolas are wonderful hosts, and our room was tidy and absolutely spotless.

We had a roomy, clean room and found Mrs. Kalliopi and her son Manolis ready to help with whatever we needed. Romantza made for a special summer stay in Patmos, with views over town and Skala about a 15-minute walk away. We’d gladly recommend it.

We loved how welcoming the owners were. They were kind, full of useful island information, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cared for, and comfortable too, with a view toward the Monastery and the Chora. Skala and the beach are both walkable from the location. Their warmth made our holiday better, and we hope to stay at Romantza rooms again.
