For a comfortable, quiet night's sleep, the rooms are inviting and very clean. The location is handy too, near taxis, the bus station, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat. The restaurant gave us a memorable meal made with local produce. Service throughout, from reception to the restaurant, was immaculate, with real professionalism and hospitality. If you're after a high-quality, premium stay, this is a great choice. Highly recommended, you won't regret it!

The dockside setting is my one complaint. I can see why being the first hotel people spot as they get off the boat is good for business, but the big shipping operation across the street gives the view an industrial feel. The staff were kind and very helpful, the breakfast was really good, and it's a great place overall.

I'm so grateful to this hotel and everyone on the staff. The comfort, cleanliness, beauty and harmony let me truly rest, and I could breathe with my whole body. This little hotel is right by the harbour, with cafés, shops, supermarkets and places to eat close by. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again. Thank you!

We loved the “Standard Room with Sea View.” It was clean and spacious for two, and the staff were sweet and friendly. Just know that the sea view looks out over a working boat dock rather than a beach, though noise was never a problem. Breakfast was our favorite part. It was included in the stay price, well worth it, and served in a super cute lounge whose look I couldn't get over. Downtown is about a 10-minute drive, and parking was easy to find. I'd absolutely stay again, and you should consider this place if you're coming to Crete!
