The upstairs roof deck is huge, and there’s also a good-sized balcony for meals. It’s quiet and private, with plenty of parking across the lane. Stekanakos house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and homely, though it isn’t modern. Everything worked, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was good. It’s a handy base for exploring the area, close to a supermarket and tavernas, and about a five-minute walk from the town centre. Vassilis communicated clearly, shared useful arrival details, and left a very kind, generous welcome pack. Thank you! If you’re driving, don’t go straight up from Main Street. Turn off opposite the monastery and take the back road.

The roof terrace was a highlight, and the hosts were friendly and generous. Stefanikos House is cosy, clean, and roomy, with a functional layout for a decent-sized group. Shops and tavernas are just a few steps away, and the village centre is a short walk. I’d recommend staying here.

Everything met our expectations. One small tip: if you’re not an experienced driver, it may be easier to leave the car on the main street and walk up via the small road by the hardware store.
