The rooms are simple, but they have a full kitchen and get cleaned every day. It’s a great place for a family holiday, with everything you need. Stalis is a 2-minute walk away and Malia is just a 5-minute taxi ride. Highly recommend!

This place felt like a real gem on Crete. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, and the generous apartments, pool, and bar all add to the cheerful, family-like atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linen. We had enough dishes and cutlery to cook our own meals, which hasn’t always been the case elsewhere. Manos was also happy to suggest excellent restaurants, all an easy walk away, and there’s a supermarket just down the road. The only drawback is the fairly busy road right outside. We’d be glad to come back next year!

Manos, the owner, was friendly, but his wife wasn’t. Even saying good morning seemed difficult for her. The room was dated, and all the noise came straight in. I wasn’t allowed to use the pool at 20:15 because I was 15 minutes late, even though lots of other people swam from 06:00 in the morning and late at night, making so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. There’s parking for only 4 cars, so I couldn’t rent a car.
