Welcome to Sunshine Apartments. Nestled in well-maintained gardens, this attractive, newly built property is located in the resort of Stalis, just a five-minute walk from the resort center, a beautiful sandy beach, and bus stops for Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion. The two-story accommodation offers 21 double apartments for two to four people and twin studios for two. Both apartments and studios are equipped with kitchenettes, including electric hobs, kettles, and fridges. All rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright, and modern, decorated in an elegant Greek style. Each has a spacious balcony or patio overlooking the hotel's lush garden, pool area, and the mountains. Sunshine Apartments are an excellent choice for families with children and couples. Enjoy our weekly BBQ featuring delicious homemade Cretan food and traditional Greek and Cretan music.

We had a lovely holiday once we got there. We arrived several hours late, but because we'd emailed the hosts our estimated arrival time a week earlier, one of the owners, one of the brothers, called to check for an update and then went out of his way to pick us up. We were upgraded from a studio to a lovely one bed apartment at Sunshine Apartments. It was clean, with outdoor space, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. There's also a good bar and cafe serving breakfast, plus a pool and sunbeds. It was excellent value for money with good service. Many bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops are about a 2 minute walk away; the beach is about 5 minutes away. Some beach bars had free sunbeds if you bought a drink, and it was lovely dining with beach and sea views.

Sunshine is just off the strip, close to all the restaurants and bars, and the beach is a five minute walk away. The self catering accommodation is good for Greece, and it's a lovely little place. First visit, but it won't be my last.

Basic apartments, about what you'd expect from a UK two star equivalent. It's quiet, but only a five minute walk to the lively seafront strip. Good for a short, affordable getaway.

We stayed at Sunshine apartments for 11 nights. The owners were kind and welcoming, and the rooms were kept nice and clean. There's a relaxed atmosphere, sunbeds were available at any time of day, and the sea is very close. Thanks for a great holiday. I'd definitely stay again.

Meticulously clean, with lovely views and a warm welcome. Our cleaner was a lovely lady who always had a smile. Bars, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. We'll visit again.
