We had a really memorable stay. The room was spacious, the mattress was excellent, and the bathroom felt luxurious with both a tub and a shower. The restaurant was a treat, with meat, fish and vegetarian choices plus a lovely wine list. The 1700sqm pool was huge, and the facilities overall were fantastic. What a magnificent hotel!

We only stayed one night. The room was quiet, and otherwise things were fine, but getting to it meant a long walk from reception. At our age, we could’ve used something closer. The bed was extremely hard, like there was plywood underneath, and there were no USB ports for charging phones. Because of the distance, we just ordered room service.

Eva made our stay unforgettable, and we can’t thank her enough. The staff were incredible, and we can’t wait to return. This is the best hotel in Thessaloniki, and we’ll keep recommending it to everyone. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay: the food was delicious, the rooms and whole property were very clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is handy too, with easy motorway access, restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. The spa was the letdown. We’d hoped to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi together as a couple, but only later found out the changing areas are separate for men and women. That isn’t mentioned on the hotel website. If we’d known, we wouldn’t have booked the spa. The pool is quite small as well. I wouldn’t recommend the spa if you want to share treatments as a couple.

The hotel’s quality has dropped a lot since the change of ownership. It feels dated, with no real investment to restore it to its former standard. The staff do try hard, but their effort can’t make up for the general condition. Breakfast was especially disappointing.
