The city center location was great, but the stay itself was one of my worst experiences, and among the worst hospitality I’ve encountered in Thessaloniki. The living room couch was old, broken, and very uncomfortable. Watching TV wasn’t really possible: it wouldn’t turn the right way and the signal was poor. The toilet was clean, but its towel rail was broken. We didn’t mind that much because there was no hot water for a shower anyway. The shutters were broken too, and I had to pull them down by hand. They were filthy with dust. The bedroom was awful. The closet smelled so bad we couldn’t put our clothes in it, and the mattress was dirty and uncomfortable. The sheets had stains that looked like they were from previous guests. It was a really filthy sight. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even considering the price, which wasn’t very cheap.

I found this to be the worst place I’ve stayed. There was no internet, no one answered calls or emails, the toilet was dirty, the sofa was broken and disgusting, and the blankets had hair from previous visitors. The company’s staff promised several times to call back about our request for a refund, but they never did. Instead, they cancelled our booking, apparently to prevent a bad review. Scammers!

I had a terrible experience. The apartment seemed not to have been properly cleaned for a long time, and the furniture was dirty and dysfunctional. When I called repeatedly to sort out problems, nobody answered. I only heard back about my issue 24 hours later, and it still wasn’t resolved. I was also told that when there are problems, they cancel your reservation on booking so you can’t leave a negative review or handle the issue through booking.com. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The building entrance didn’t give me a good impression, but the inside of the apartment made up for it. I’m puzzled by the reviews, because during my stay it was excellent!
