My reservation went smoothly, and the staff were polite and professional. The room was sunny, clean, and comfortable, with a high-quality mattress, fresh towels, and even a coffee machine. The hotel feels cozy and is in a quiet area, but still close to the metro and some very good restaurants. Having an underground garage was convenient, too, and kept the car cool on hot days. Highly recommended!

I booked through their official site for a business trip, but they canceled my room just two days before I was due to travel, saying there had been problems with Google. That makes them completely unreliable for bookings. Their response was just that they were sorry. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and getting around was easy: the city centre is close by, with bus and metro stops just a short walk away. I also contacted them about parking, and they replied quickly and were very happy to accommodate what I needed. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, the price is good, and the rooms have decent soundproofing. But the listing says parking is free, then when you call before booking they tell you availability will be confirmed later. If the "Klafta Charalampe" parking lot isn't available, there is nowhere to park, not even joking. The room may look clean, but it isn't: it hadn't been swept and there was hair everywhere.

The rooms are quite good and the location is good. There's underground private parking, but you need to reserve it because spaces are limited. It's also a bit narrow, so a large car could be tricky.
