Nikolas made our stay especially memorable. He greeted us with a big smile, shared useful local recommendations, and welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a tasty dessert. He kept surprising us with treats each day. At the front desk, Erini was gracious and always happy to help, while Joanna remembered our preferences and made each meal feel personal. Restaurant Manager Konstantinos was friendly and easy to talk to. The restaurant deserves plenty of praise. The Ribeye was tender, well seasoned, cooked just right, and beautifully presented. Every meal came with a lovely view. The property itself is peaceful and beautiful, a little way from Oía, and felt like a secluded corner of Santorini. From arrival, the thoughtful details and warm greetings made us feel welcome. Everyone treated us like family. Domes Novos has real heart and Greek hospitality, and we'd love to come back.

We returned for our 10 year anniversary and had an amazing time. The food and the view were wonderful, and everyone from housekeeping and the bell hop to the restaurant team went beyond what we expected. The hospitality here deserves more than five stars. Christina, Eliana, Nicolai and Christus, you all deserve so much praise. We love you, and the Gegner’s family will make a point of coming every year instead of waiting another 10.

The location worked so well for us, just a three minute cab ride from the village's main street with its shops and restaurants. Shuttles also run at certain times to drop you off and pick you up. Abel deserves a special thank you for making sure our family had the best room possible. We ended up in a beautiful suite with a private swim-up pool, which quickly became our son's favorite place. The room was spacious and family friendly, with a modern look, a large luxurious bathroom, and thoughtful extras like the Nespresso machine we used every morning. It gave us room to relax together while still feeling elegant and luxurious. From the moment we arrived at Domes Novos, Autograph Collection, the team made us feel genuinely cared for. Abel's kindness and attention to detail stood out throughout our stay. We left with lovely memories and full hearts, and are already hoping to return. Thanks to the whole Domes Novos team, especially Abel, for making this a trip we'll remember.

The villas are lovely inside and out, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and kind staff. The hotel is very new, only two years old since opening. The pool was clean and fairly private. Dinner was a letdown. The food was average and the service painfully slow. For our group of five, it took an hour to get everyone's dishes. The fifth person was still waiting and hungry after the first had finished the main course, so the dining experience wasn't good. The app check-in was another downside. If my early arrival time was accepted during online check-in, I expected them to accommodate it. Instead, I was left waiting in the lobby for hours.
