That balcony was one of the best parts of my stay at Oasis Tigaki. Looking out over the salt flats and cows in the fields was so peaceful, especially in the morning and evening. The pool was clear and cool, with plenty of room and no early sunbed saving. The loungers could be comfier, though I know the family is upgrading things. Music by the pool on a couple of days was nice, and I’d enjoy hearing it more often. My room was the best I’ve had on my trips to Greece: modern, nicely styled, and with lots of storage. The wardrobe might be tight for three people, but it suited me as a solo traveler. Sebastian carried my bags up to the second floor and checked that everything was in place. The air conditioning worked well, and the shared areas were very clean. There were also books and a pool table. Vassilli, Sebastian, and their family made me feel welcome from the start. Booking through Booking.com meant the taxes and charges were already paid, so I didn’t need extra cash at check-in. The airport taxi is about €32 and takes around 20 minutes. You can pay by card, though it costs a little more. Book the return taxi at least 24 hours ahead. Relax Beach charged €10 for two loungers, an umbrella, and a chair for the day. It’s an easy, flat walk of about eight minutes to the beach and five minutes to shops and restaurants, so I didn’t need a car. The bar stays open until midnight and food and drinks were reasonably priced. I’d simplify the snack menu and add a few more light bites. Some rooms haven’t been renovated yet, and TUI tends to show the older ones, so check with the hotel if having a modern room matters to you. I had a lovely holiday and would happily return next year. The hosts, calm setting, and room made it memorable.

We loved the big pool, though the Aegean Sea is just steps away. The hotel sits in a quiet spot off the main road, close to the sea and whatever else you might need. It’s a charming, family-owned place, and the family are generous, kind people with big hearts. We’ll stay again and again. Elisa & Dale from Dallas Texas

The male owner came into our room while the two guests, both 18-year-old women, were asleep. We had to call the police. I don’t consider this place safe for women. In response to the owner’s comment: there were no plants in the room, so the claim that he came in to water something is false. We have photos and can post them. Someone acting with good intentions would knock, see that people were sleeping, apologize, and leave. Instead, he walked around the bed. That was creepy and illegal. When the girls asked for help because they were frightened, the owner’s wife yelled and became aggressive instead of apologizing. That’s why we called the police. Nobody threatened to beat anyone, and there were no free holidays. We paid for the whole stay, and you refunded only some of the remaining days. The police already explained to the owners that entering a room while someone is sleeping is illegal. I can’t imagine anyone reasonable saying otherwise. Responding aggressively instead of apologizing supports what other reviews say about the owners being rude and aggressive. Please avoid this place. If you’re wondering whether I complain about small things, read my other Google reviews.

We wanted a relaxing ten-day holiday, but after one uncomfortable night we checked out. The rooms had lingering unpleasant smells, musty and stale, including in the bedroom, closet, and kitchen. The facilities felt like the bare minimum. We didn’t feel comfortable staying another night. I was willing to pay for one day, or even a few, but not the full amount. They refused to refund any of the remaining nights. Even half back would have been fine. I didn’t want to spend a vacation day collecting evidence in a place I wanted to leave. I wasn’t trying to offend anyone, and maybe other people do find relaxation there, but I need to share my experience given the response. I contacted Booking.com first. They contacted the hotel, and you refused. Please reconsider whether it’s the customer’s job to trace the money between the hotel and Booking.com when you have a contract with them.

We had a quiet, room-only holiday and I’d come back. It’s a typical Greek hotel and apartment, clean, with good mosquito mesh on the doors and windows. The pool is brilliant, and it’s a pleasant walk to the shops and beach. The staff are helpful and nice, and Sebastian keeps the bar well, with cold beer in frozen glasses.
