Bon's House/ Entire Apartment In Tinos Port

The one good thing was the location above the port, with town only a five-minute walk away. Otherwise, this accommodation was simply unacceptable, especially for the very high price. It was dirty as soon as we entered, and the smell of skunk was all we could notice. The bathroom was tiny, about 2 by 2, and a taller person could barely fit in the tub. The tub was clogged and had black hairs in it, so thankfully we had brought cleaning products. The beds were awful, even assuming the sheets had been changed, and the blanket in the closet had a blood stain. Worst of all, there was a used self-test beside the living-room TV, which I found completely unacceptable during the pandemic in our country. The host only said, “Sorry, I’ll tell the cleaner to be more careful.” I doubt there was a cleaner at all. We had paid on arrival and only saw the test afterward, so we never asked for a price reduction. There was no reason for one, despite the host claiming that was behind the malicious comments. There are much better rooms on the island, with kinder staff and cleaner rooms, and some are closer to the country.
