Mr and Mrs White Tinos

The food and service were great, and the location was a bit tricky to manage, though manageable for an island. Our room was a good size, but cleanliness and security could have been better, since insects could crawl under the front door. The bathroom also felt old. The water was very rough, like seawater, and looked yellow at first from the iron, though that happens all over the Greek islands. This is a good hotel, and with more attention to cleaning it could be a 4.5-star place.

We stayed three nights with my husband at Mr and Mrs White Tinos and really enjoyed the magnificent site. Calliopy, the manager, and Dorothe at the front desk were helpful in finding us a taxi so we could go rent a car. Special thanks as well to the bar hostess and the gentleman at the front desk in the evening. They answered our questions and took care of our needs politely.

We had a great stay. Breakfast had a good selection and the food was good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were courteous and helpful, but the room itself had some issues. It was inside the hotel lobby, so all that noise came straight in. There wasn't even a trash can, and the balcony sat above the workers' break room, with lots of noise and cigarette smell getting into the room. The door didn't close properly and only locked with a key.
