Skiathea Villas Villa B

We were in Villa C with two other couples for a wedding in Skiathos and had an excellent time. The modern, comfortable villa had a beautiful pool that we all enjoyed. Philippos, the owner, was extremely welcoming and generous, and happy to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Philippos was a great host, friendly and dedicated, always offering advice and help. Communication before and during our stay was great. Maria, the cleaning lady, was kind, discreet and efficient, and did an amazing job every day. We spent a week at Skiathea Villa B, and it was perfect. The villas sit high in the mountains, and ours was quiet and private, with incredible views at all hours, especially sunset. Villa B has two separate bedrooms and kitchenettes, air conditioning and netted doors, plus a shaded outdoor dining area. By the pool were six lounger beds, three parasols, and Skiathea pool towels. All villas have electric gates and a driveway. Philippos picked us up at the airport, gave us lovely welcome drinks and produce, and recommended places to see and eat and things to do. He also arranged our hire car, which I'd recommend if you want to see more of the island. We explored Skiathos town, the beaches, and Skopelos town, Kastani beach and the Mamma Mia Chapel. On a boat day trip we saw dolphins. Both towns have lots of souvenir shops. There are supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants and bus stops near the villas, and the airport is very close. We heard crickets and donkeys and spotted some geko lizards. Food was great everywhere, with plenty of Greek and Italian dishes, ice cream and fish. Thank you very much. Traveling with our two-year-old son, we found the space worked perfectly, with plenty of privacy and generous shared areas. It was easy to slow down, and there was no need to plan every day. The team was warm, discreet and incredibly responsive. Everything just worked, which feels like a real luxury when you're traveling with a toddler. We stayed at Skiathea Villas for a week, and by the end of the first day it already felt like our place. The villa is secluded without feeling remote, with the Aegean stretching out in front of you and views that change through the day. The pool is generously sized and so well positioned that we could happily stay there with coffee or a glass of wine. The interiors are spectacular, with thoughtful design, natural textures, sculptural lighting and a calm modern palette that suits the landscape. Every room feels carefully considered. We've stayed in villas all over Greece, and this peaceful, beautifully designed one stands out. We won't forget it and we'll be back, without question.

The villa's in a wonderful spot with a perfect view and a great pool, and it's only a two-minute drive to the first beach. The other beaches are within a 10-minute radius. We were two adults and one child, and really enjoyed our stay. It was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Our host Philippos was amazing and gave us advice about where to eat well and what to see. Thanks again, Philippos, it was amazing.
