Villa Venia

Nikos and Athena made our holiday feel personal from the start, and the care they put into every detail really shows. They’re island natives, so if there’s anything you need, you only have to ask. We also had a lovely welcome at their family bar, Ark Bar, nearby in Tsilivi, and spent a fabulous afternoon at Callinico Wines, their winery. We were treated like VIPs both times. The villa sits in a private olive grove, about a 10-minute drive from the lovely resort of Tsilivi, with breathtaking views and a wonderfully peaceful feel. It had all the necessities we could think of. My partner, our two adult sons and one son's girlfriend all found it absolutely perfect. We spent two weeks there in August, and it was the most amazing holiday. I’ve been visiting Zakynthos Island since 2007 and have stayed in all sorts of places, but this one felt unique for its family welcome, location, facilities, and views. Thank you, Nikos and Athena, for making it a dream holiday.

Athina is such a warm, helpful host and really cares about guests’ well-being. The place is very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, barbecue area, and a lovely pool. It comfortably sleeps four, and the sea view is fabulous, with olive trees all around. A wonderful spot to relax, highly recommended!

It’s a quiet base in a central part of the island, and the view is beautiful. The villa is really well equipped and spotlessly clean.

The welcome from Athina was incredible. She’s the owner and had everything ready for a great start, including a fridge full of local products, plus thoughtful little touches and useful tips for seeing the area. The villa is private and set in an olive grove, with a pool, a big sunny terrace, complete quiet, and open sea views. Zakynthos is about 20 minutes away. This is easily the best place we’ve stayed in a long time, and we’ve never had a warmer welcome. An unforgettable stay, we’ll definitely come back!
