We stayed at Avia for two weeks starting 26/06/2022 and loved the whole stay. Anastasia was absolutely lovely and only a message away whenever we needed her. The accommodation had everything we needed. It’s close to everything, and the evening walk down was lovely. We got used to the uphill walk back, and I think the cocktails helped! You won’t be disappointed staying here. We hope to return soon. *****

The garden was the highlight for us: olive trees for natural shade, a refreshing pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a lovely view. We had all the privacy we wanted and could park right outside. The villa itself was spotless, cozy, tastefully decorated, and had air conditioning throughout. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality made us feel welcome and everything had been carefully looked after. It’s also easy to get to the heart of bustling Tsilivi. Walk downhill for a few minutes and you’re among the shops, restaurants, and beach, then you can head back to your own peaceful spot. What a gem. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return! 🌿☀️🏊♂️

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the villa was kept clean with a cleaning every fourth day. It’s fully equipped and very clean, too. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and you can walk down the hill to the town center. Even with everything so close, the villa itself is wonderfully quiet. We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Zante Avia and would definitely recommend it.

As a family with a young child, we found Villa Avia a perfect base to relax, unwind, and explore. It’s peaceful, but a short walk gets you to town or a restaurant, and the local beach is close as well. The airport is nearby, and town has all the usual things you might need, including supermarkets, car rentals, restaurants, and bars. We were the first guests and were impressed right away. The place was spotless and had everything we could need, plus a great outdoor area with a private pool, barbecue, lots of room, and a sea view. Anastasia, the owner, was friendly, easy to reach with questions, and came by every four days to clean and change towels and linens. We felt so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely be back!

The welcoming feel made us comfortable right away. There’s loads of privacy and a fantastic pool that we made the most of. We stayed last summer and thought the villa was a dream, just right for four people. It’s a real gem, and we’d love to come back! ❤️
