Nadia and her husband were lovely, helpful hosts, probably the best we've had. Nadia clearly puts a lot of care into the place, and she sat down with us with a map and magazine to point out places and restaurants. Physis Studios is tucked into a quiet, peaceful part of Vasilikos, surrounded by olive trees and a pretty, well-kept garden. Our studio apartment had two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big, well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. We had a private balcony overlooking the olive garden, where we enjoyed the morning sun and our coffee. Porto Roma and Gerakas beaches are both within walking distance, and there were lots of good restaurants nearby. The supermarket almost next door had closed, so we had to go farther for supplies, but with our rental car it wasn't a problem. We had an amazing stay and hope to come back soon.

Nadia made our two-week stay such a pleasure. The accommodation was clean, beautiful and quiet, and just a few minutes' drive from the island's two best beaches, Gerakas and St.Nicolas. I can't recommend this place enough!

The place is beautiful and very quiet, with a huge yard, tables and hammocks. Our host was so kind and helpful, giving us tips for places to see and shops. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. It's modest, but definitely worth it.

The hosts were friendly, and the garden looks good with plenty of parking in it and outside the plot. The location is nice, though the apartment is a long way from Zakynthos town, so make sure to rent a car on your first day. Wi-Fi could be better.

The garden, rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were all good for a private, comfortable stay. It's close to the sea and to many places to visit in Zakinthos. The people were kind, and the place felt safe, almost like being with a family you've known for ages. The only thing I'd improve is the WiFi, which could be set up better and made stronger.
