We had an absolute blast here, and it was the highlight of our holiday. The food was incredible, and everyone working there was so welcoming and lovely. From yoga to gong sessions and therapeutic food, we can't wait to come back.

We loved how peaceful the setting was, away from crowded places among beautiful sandy rocks, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. The sunsets were wonderful. Our stylish room had an extremely comfortable bed and everything we needed. We stayed for one week and found the whole experience exciting and unlike anywhere else. Gregory, Sofia, Anna and Bobban welcomed us like family. They're friendly, lovely people who were always ready to help, and we already miss them. They filled the place with magic, love, and ancient Greek energy. The food, based on the ancient Greek nutrition system, was amazing. You can feel when it's prepared with love, and we certainly did. We also loved the “Pythagorean bed”, an ancient healing therapy. Prana Thera is a special place to enjoy the moment, relax, and heal body and soul. We'll definitely return. It's the best experience we've ever had in Greece.
