The room had loads of character and was huge, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Aspasia was warm and made us feel welcome from the start. We also enjoyed the charming little village and the restaurant within walking distance. A really special stay.

We came to Santorini for a five-day break and wanted to discover things as we went, without doing much research beforehand. Abelis was ideal for that. Aspasia had arranged our airport taxi and welcomed us when we arrived, and she was incredibly attentive throughout, replying quickly whenever we needed anything, from drinks and food to bookings and ideas for things to do. The accommodation was spectacular, full of history, and had everything we needed and more. Aspasia's recommendations for restaurants, excursions, a boat cruise, and car hire all worked out faultlessly. We enjoyed every restaurant and excursion she suggested. I travel quite a bit and usually find something to complain about, but I couldn't here. We had such an enjoyable holiday thanks to Abelis suites, and I'd easily recommend it to anyone. I can't think of a downside and would happily come back 😄❤️

Breakfast came right to our suite, and it was both tasty and generous. The suites were spacious and clean, with private pools, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for seeing the island. Set in a beautifully renovated 250-year-old winery in the traditional village of Vothonas, Abelis Canava Luxury Suites gives you a distinctive Santorini stay. The location is peaceful and feels authentic, while still offering easy access to key sights. We found renting a car highly recommended for exploring more easily. It's an excellent choice for a memorable stay.

The owners have kept a piece of Greece's rich culture alive here. The cave-style rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a courtyard, sun deck, and jacuzzi pool of your own. You can walk to the nearest village, or ask them to arrange dining, entertainment, or cultural tours. I'd call it a must for people traveling without children. Thank you, Marilena and Luke, for such generous hospitality!
