The room itself was lovely, and the breakfast was enjoyable despite the limited choices. The woman serving it was so kind. Getting into the room was a hassle, though. It was hard to find the lockbox with the keys, and there was no one there to greet us or help. The walk up to the property is so steep you’d need a donkey or an oxygen tank. The website doesn’t mention that, and anyone with mobility problems should not book here. The photos are lovely but only a mild mock-up of what you actually get. We booked three nights and left after one because there was no sign of shops or any kind of civilisation nearby, which also wasn’t mentioned on the website. A real shame, because the place itself is lovely.

The woman doing room service was really kind, and the room was clean with pretty comfortable beds. I wasn’t fully convinced by the stay, though. On arrival, we were told the jacuzzi couldn’t be set above 26°C. Breakfast choices were quite limited, and they said it was one toast per person.

Alex, the owner's son, was very rude to us and needs to learn how to treat guests. The property is far from Santorini’s attractions, and each trip to the main city means €60 in taxi fares for a round trip. Visiting the main shopping centre and a restaurant twice would cost €120 in taxis. The breakfast they provide is very ordinary, just packaged food. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation.
