The location made it easy to get around, just a block from the town’s activities, and breakfast was good. We spent two weeks here, and Claudia and Miguel were especially quick to help whenever we needed something. The staff always made time for our questions, phone calls, and suggestions. The hotel was VERY clean by American standards. You won’t regret staying here.

Expedia had confirmed my reservation two weeks ahead, but it was canceled less than a day before I was due to arrive. With so little notice, I had to find another place from whatever was still available. This felt very unprofessional. It seems their system is poor and they overbook rooms.

The atmosphere was calm, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and ready to help. My room was nicely equipped, and the hotel itself was very pleasant. It’s in a great spot in Antigua. I’d highly recommend it.

The rooftop views are worth a look!! The hotel feels secure, the WiFi works well, and breakfast comes with the stay. Our room was clean, and the staff were sooo sweet and helpful. (IG: @coldbones__)
