Hotel Posada Del Rosario

I had an amazing stay at Casa Quetzalli!! The room was clean whenever I came back, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They made it easy to get around and even planned some tours for me. For the location and accommodation, the price was great. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're hoping to see as much of guatemala as possible!!

There's hot water and a fridge guests can use, though it doesn't have much room. No AC, but they do provide a fan. WiFi was mediocre. A lot of things felt like a cash grab: storing luggage early or late costs $10 USD or 80 GTQ, and early check-in has an extra fee. There's no guest bathroom, and once you check out, the owner asks for $10 USD or 80 GTQ to use the bathroom. Even stepping into the room to change clothes, without using any amenities, costs the same.

The service was very good, but they don't seem to keep order among the guests. A family staying there threw things and shouted right outside my room, and you could hear everything. I found it really disrespectful.

Everything was close by, so going out for walks was easy. I loved staying at Casa Quetzalli in Antigua Guatemala. It was comfortable and peaceful, and made me feel at home. The customer service was top-notch too. They were always friendly and ready to help with whatever I needed. I'd definitely come back, and highly recommend it.
