There's a big garden with plenty of room for kids to play and wander. There's no direct lake access, but that wasn't an issue for us. An ATM is right outside, and there's also a decent Lavanderia. The restaurant was very good, and it's a nice place to stay.

We had lunch here, and the food and drinks were good. The lakeside location is lovely, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace while the brilliant Toucan Express brought everything over.

The gardens, grounds, and views are breathtaking, and the food and service were great. Highly recommended for a visit near Tikal National Park. They can also arrange day trips to most archaeological sites and boat tours.

It took over two hours for our food to arrive, and the place was overpriced. The room was nice, but there was only limited warm water in the shower, and apart from that and the coffee, they didn't really offer us much.

The staff were super nice and tried hard to sort out every problem, going the extra mile. The place has a great lake view and is quite close to Tikal national park. Booking on the website or by phone gets you a better deal than booking.
