We ended up changing places in the middle of the night because sleep was impossible. The rooms have no windows and let you hear everything, including noise from the bars outside and inside the hotel through openings on both sides of our room. Don't be lured by the low price or apparently good food if you want a decent night's rest. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The food is the reason to stop here, not the rooms. They serve terrific Guatemalan dishes on the island, with a broad menu, very fair prices, and lots of knowledge of Creole cooking. It goes well beyond the usual pasta, pizza, and burgers. Service runs all day. A great place for local and national food.

The mesh-only windows let in so much noise that we couldn't sleep at all. We would have been better off paying extra to stay at another hotel and get a decent night's rest.

We had a really tasty típica dinner here. Our waiter paid close attention to us, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend it for a good meal.

The owners were so kind and humble when I met them, and they gave great suggestions for sightseeing, food, and even a nice beach spot to eat. The staff are friendly too, the WiFi works well, and the food is delicious. It's a wonderful hotel on the island in Flores, with an awesome team.
