It was good.

I’m posting this here because I can’t leave a review through Booking.com. The hotel cancels reservations before guests arrive to avoid paying taxes. What happened this morning was awful: apparently, a male relative of the owners spent an hour yelling at a child in the hotel parking lot and hitting him with a belt. It’s horrifying to know a child is being abused like that. That father should apologize for not wanting to be a father. You lack the courage to treat a child that way. I hope they can get the man to see a psychologist.

The staff were so attentive. A young man looked after us in the evening, and an older gentleman did the same in the morning. The hotel is small but right in the center, with parking. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. I regret not taking photos, but it looked just like the advertising. We were delighted with our stay.

The customer service was fantastic, everyone was so kind and friendly. The hostel itself is cozy and really nice, with a lounge and dining area where you can order food. Our room was clean, but the mattress springs felt like they were about to come through, and it hurt, so we couldn't sleep well. The room also felt dark. A coat of white paint and new mattresses would make it great.
